At Leralion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home technology and furnishings. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we’ve designed a straightforward return process to help you find the right solution.
To initiate a return, please email service@leralion.com with your Order Number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return. You have 180 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To ensure a successful refund, please confirm that your items meet the following requirements:
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging (including all manuals and accessories).
- Authorization: All returns must be approved by our Customer Service Team before being sent back.
- Exclusions: Sale items and gift cards are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
- Fees: Original shipping charges and shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Once our team approves your request, we will provide you with the specific return shipping address and instructions.
- Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches our facility safely.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive your item for our quality control team to process your return.
- Refund Issuance: Approved refunds are issued promptly to your original method of payment. If your refund does not appear within 7 business days of our confirmation email, please contact us immediately.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged during transit, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us at service@leralion.com immediately.
The Leralion Advantage: In many cases involving defective gadgets, you won’t need to ship the faulty item back. We will prioritize sending you a brand-new replacement at no extra cost to ensure your home remains fully functional.
Exchanges & Cancellations
- Exchanges: The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item at leralion.com.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are moved to our fulfillment center and can no longer be stopped.
- Address Corrections: If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us within the 12-hour window so we can update your information before dispatch.
Shipping Protection & Missing Orders
Our standard shipping window is 5–8 business days (plus 1–3 days for processing). If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please allow an additional 5 business days for courier delays.
If your order is still missing after 15 total business days, contact us, and we will ship a replacement to you immediately.
